Forerunner Creative may collect information you choose to provide through a website project application, referral form, email, client onboarding, or other direct communication. That information may include your name, contact details, business information, website goals, project needs, content, files, and any other details you decide to share.
Referral submissions may include information about both the person making the referral and the person being referred. Please only share another person’s information when they have agreed to that sharing.
How Information Is Used
Submitted information may be used to review project fit, recommend a package, respond to questions, prepare proposals and agreements, deliver client work, manage referrals, process payments, maintain records, improve the website and services, protect the website from misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Forerunner Creative does not sell submitted personal information.
Forms and Service Providers
This website will be hosted using Netlify. Website form submissions are intended to be processed through Netlify Forms, subject to successful staging verification. Netlify may process and store information as necessary to provide those hosting and form-processing services. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial-account, or payment-card information through these forms.
Forerunner Creative may use payment providers such as Stripe to invoice or process payments. When a payment service is used, payment and transaction information is handled under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices; Forerunner Creative does not ask you to enter payment-card information into its project or referral forms.
Business service providers, including Google services such as Google Drive, may be used to communicate, organize project files, or collaborate on content. Information stored or shared through those services is also subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and Technical Information
This website may use basic, privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand general traffic and improve the site. Such tools may collect limited technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device or browser type, referral source, and IP-related data. The current site does not use advertising pixels, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, Hotjar, or paid behavioral tracking.
Third-Party Services and Links
Forerunner Creative relies on service providers for website hosting, form handling, email, file storage, payments, scheduling, and other business operations. Those providers process information under their own agreements and privacy policies. This website may also link to third-party services that Forerunner Creative does not control.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including project evaluation, client service, referral administration, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by the nature of the information. Form submissions and project files may be deleted or archived when they are no longer needed.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No website, email, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to submit online.
