Client Projects and Agreements
Submitting an application, referral, or inquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Actual client projects are governed by a separate proposal, service agreement, and any written change approvals. If these public terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls the client project relationship.
Pricing and Third-Party Fees
Public package and add-on pricing may change for future projects. A written proposal controls the price and scope offered for a specific project during the period stated in that proposal.
Third-party costs—including domains, hosting, email, payment processing, booking platforms, paid software, premium assets, and similar external services—may be separate unless specifically included in writing.
No Business-Result Guarantees
Forerunner Creative does not guarantee search rankings, leads, appointments, sales, revenue, traffic, conversion rates, or other business outcomes. A website can support clarity, credibility, and a better customer path, but results also depend on the business, market, offer, reputation, operations, promotion, and other factors outside Forerunner Creative’s control.
Intellectual Property
The Forerunner Creative name, logos, branding, website copy, site design, and original materials on this public website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to create derivative commercial work without permission. Rights to client deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement and full payment. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Portfolio and Concept Work
Portfolio work may be labeled as a Client Project or Concept Project. Concept Projects are self-directed studies and are not representations of actual clients, testimonials, or measured business results. Forerunner Creative may add real client work only where permitted by the applicable agreement or later written permission.
Referral Program
Public referral-program rules posted on the Referral Program page apply to future referrals. Forerunner Creative may change or end the program for future referrals while continuing to honor rewards already earned under the rules in effect for that referral. Referral submission does not guarantee a project or reward.
Third-Party Links and Services
This website may link to or rely on third-party platforms. Forerunner Creative does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or performance. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
